How do I search for an office?

You can use the search feature on the Browse page to search for offices by location, category, or office name. We also provide filters to help you find offices that match your needs and budget.

Booking Process

How do I book an office?

To book an office, select the office you want from the catalog page, then click the 'Book This Office' or 'View Booking Details' button if there is an existing booking. You will be directed to the booking detail page to continue the process.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, bookings can be cancelled according to our cancellation policy. Please contact our support team via phone or email for the cancellation process. Refund policy will be adjusted based on the cancellation time.

How do I check my booking status?

You can check your booking status on the 'My Booking' page. Enter your Booking TRX ID and phone number that you used during booking to view your booking details and status.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet. All transactions are processed with a secure system to protect your data.

When will I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be sent to your email immediately after the payment is successfully verified. You can also download the invoice from your booking detail page.

Can I visit the office before booking?
