By creating an account, making a booking, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use certain features of our platform, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking details and transaction ID.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all booking information is accurate, including dates, office type, and requirements.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of your cancellation.

• More than 7 days before booking date: Full refund
• 3-7 days before booking date: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before booking date: No refund

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, credit cards, and e-wallets. Payment must be received before your booking is confirmed.

Failed Payments: If payment fails or is declined, your booking may be cancelled automatically.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

You agree NOT to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt our platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform
• Use automated systems to access our platform without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or office providers
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action if necessary.

Platform Availability: We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of office spaces listed on our platform. Our role is to facilitate connections between users and office providers.

Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstOffice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation, is the property of FirstOffice or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our platform without our express written permission.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

Dispute Settlement: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

Jurisdiction: If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
